Cookie dough/cake,brownie batter vs. finished product

Which do you like better, the batter or the cookies/brownies/cake.
For me hands down it is the batter. I never want a cookie or brownie but have been known to make myself sick on the batter.

I love the batter, but I don't let myself eat it unless I buy pastuerized eggs, since I'm pregnant and I don't think you're supposed to give salmonella to babies. I also like biscuit dough, and that's egg-free.

Definitely the cooked. The raw eggs and possibility of salmonella gross me out.

We use pasturized eggs here so I must say I love them both the batter & the cookie equally... mostly just depends on my mood. I also love bread dough which is egg free too about as much as I love the finished product... must not be picky there

You should come to my house. My niece sold cookie dough as a school fundraiser. I have 2 tubs of it in my fridge. Its very dangerous!

We have our own laying chickens, so when I am making any kind of dough we may eat, (ok, anytime I'm making dough, period ) I just run out to the chicken coop and nab me a fresh one....no salmonella for us!!
