Cookies by Design are great!! I always use them to send baskets to my family in detroit on special occasions!

however, if you're staying in a disney resort, i don't believe you can use them.
At least, that's what i was told 2 years ago when i wanted to surprise my daughter.
I was told that food baskets can only be delivered to disney resorts by the disney florist - so that's who i used. they were also excellent.

as for segway - i've done 3 different segway tours at WDW: Segway around the world at epcot, Backtrails at FW, and Nature inspired Design at epcot.

if you're interested in pure segway then the FW one is probably the best.

The nature inspired design includes a ride on soarin (you get in through the VIP entrance), a backstage look at the living seas and riding around on the all terrain segway from place to place plus some backstage riding at the end..
