Cookie Decorating inside DL??

I have heard that just inside of DL main gate there is a cookie decorating area. (Near City Hall) Has anyone been to DL lately? Can you tell me when it ends? Or know who I could call to find out??

We will be there New Year's Weekend.

they do have cookie decorating outside the fire station next to city hall. when i go this weekend, i'll get the info for you.

The cookie decorating should continue through the New Year's weekend. Here's a pic I took a couple of weekends ago.

I just called for more information on this. I was told the hours are roughly from 2 hours after park opening to about 5 pm, and the cost is $5 to decorate 1 cookie. You're given the pre-baked cookie, the icing and the sprinkles.

Here are the kids & I back in 2000 decorating our cookies.

They give you two icing cups - you pick the colors, and a cup of sprinkles - you pick the kind you want.

Cookie decorating is one of the highlights of DL at the holidays for me.

I decorated a cokie when I went on my solo trip in November.
It was fun!

I noticed that the characters make an effort to visit the area while you are decorating. Goofy snuck up behind me and watched over my shoulder as I made my snowperson cookie all pretty

Keep in mind that they ONLY take cash - no credit cards- to purchase your cookie. They also run out of supplies as it gets closer to closing time.
