How is the food at this place? I never hear much mention about it. I was looking at the menu on allears and noticed they have a fried candy bar, sounds heart attack worthy,my kind of food :)

The fish and chips are very good. I've never tried the fried candy. ;)

The Doh Bars are fried Snickers. They stick a Snickers on a stick, batter it like a corny dog, and deep fry it. They're very sweet, hot, and gooey inside. They are just like the fried oreos and Snickers you can get at any county fair or flea market. I've had them three times (twice for a snack credit and once as a dessert on the DDP). If you get it for dessert, they serve your other food first, then bring the Doh Bar out to you fresh and hot. Their fish and chips, scallops, and Beef & Lamb Dublin style pie are pretty good. The pie was the best though.

I am interested in trying here as well. Glad to hear the food is good! Is it on the DDP does anyone know?

We have tried the shrimp and the scallops both were very good. Yes 1 cs credit on the ddp.

The fish & chips were really good, more than we could eat. It was on DDP in 2010. We had ice cream for dessert, so I can't comment on the candy. There's not much inside seating, so be prepared for that.

ate there on the DDP a while back and had the fish & chips (pretty good) and we wound up with Dooh bars all around (I guess they were included as dessert with the DDP). They were kinda yucky to me, way too much sweet gooey stuff, not to mention so hot that they pretty much exploded. Once was enough for me, I don't think DH, who is a chocoholic, finished his and the girls left theirs untouched.....

You can literally sit in the window!

The fried candy bar was just gross and the cole slaw was nasty but the fried shrimp and scallops with thick cut fries were excellent

We just ate there last week and the food was good - it is on the dining plan, 1 counter service credit. The doh bars are no longer available as a dessert (at least when we tried to order them), we had a choice between fruit cup or cupcake. We did get the doh bar with a snack credit and it was yummy, we split it 4 ways, so we each had a bite - very sweet.

For dinner we had the fish and chips, shrimp platter and beef/lamb pie - spilt 4 ways we had plenty of food and everything was very good. It was well worth the effort to get to DTD for dinner.

We really liked the fish and chips there. My sisters got the chicken fingers/tenders and said they were really good. They were not standard WDW nuggets; looked like they were freshly battered. I didn't care for the fried candy bars but I recall someone getting some sort of fresh donuts that were tasty.

Um all ive had is the parm chips(its actually fries) and the battered and fried weinies..They were good for the first couple then tasted grease..ICK! The parm chips were everyones fave..

DS had cesar salad with shrimp and said the dressing was not the normal ceasar dressing..

DH had chicken fingers and they were different as well..
