? Convert Disney Ressie to DVC points?

Does anyone know if you can convert an existing Disney "cash"
ressie to a DVC point ressie?
If I have a cash ressie @ BCV, could I convert that ressie to a "point" ressie?

No. The cash resevation you have made comes from the portion of the resort owned by the developer.

Point reservations come from the portion owned by BCV member/owners.

There are occasions when a DVC vacation guide may be able to "find" a reservation for a new owner, but reservations are not interchangeable from cash to points.
