Can you have a convention at Disneyland? Is it better than Disney world?

Disneyland itself doesn't have a convention center, itself, unlike WDW. The Anaheim Convention Center is about a mile away.

WDW meeting and convention capabilities are leaps and bounds beyond Disneyland’s.

They have a small convention center at the Disneyland hotel and the grand has several ballrooms/meeting rooms of varying sizes.
