Staying at Desert Inn and Suites. Is there a convenience store close where we could get English muffins, juice etc??? While they have a continental breakfast I thought we might want to have some snacks or quick stuff in our rooms. We will be there on Sunday before we hit the parks on Monday so will have time to get things. Thanks.

There is an ABC Store and a 7-11 down the street on Harbor near the Candy Cane Inn. There is also a small store at the Tropicana, but not sure how much of a variety they have.

There is a CVS down towards (just past) the Candy Cane Inn as well. It's definitely walkable to grab a few of those things. My daughter (who is 7) managed just fine, and helped me carry bags on the walk back (to the Tropicana, which is a bit further than the Desert Inn). The grocery selection isn't huge.. but you'd be able to get those thing I'm sure. We got cereal, milk, yogurt, WINE (lol), granola bars, other snacky things. I found it a bit pricey (but cheaper than the store at the Tropicana). If you have the time, I would highly suggest taking an Uber down to Target. You'll have more selection and better prices (if that matters to you). An Uber to Target from the Tropicana (one way) was about $5.

I loved the new cvs. They had lots of good stuff, it was clean and organized and the service there was great. Everyone was so friendly. I would say it is a 10 minute walk from your hotel.

Another plus about the CVS is that it is 24/7. No need to try to schedule your park hours around store hours.

Depending on how much you plan to buy, delivery from Von's is also an option.

If you aren't getting a lot....a walking distance convenience store or CVS is the 'easiest' option. The most affordable would probably be getting Uber to Target on Harbor.

CVS/711 ok. If you want normal prices:

1) Walmart Market or Food4Less at Euclid / Katella. Daily: 6a-11p
2) Target on Harbor / Chapman. Daily: 8a-12am
3) 99 Cents Store at Euclid / Ball. 99 cents 2-liter pepsi, bottled water, paper products, sunglasses, last minute items etc. Daily: 8a-9p

I didn't find the prices at CVS out of line. There is also a Von's at Lincoln, about a block or 2 east of Harbor. And an Albertsons on CHapman 3 blocks east of Harbor. I'm usually just getting a couple items so CVS is closer/easier and it isn't worth the extra time to drive out for stuff.
