Hi, Staying at BLT in 2 weeks. Can't wait. I have been at other resorts where they have AC tied to I believe a motion detector. Understandable during the day but at night is there a way you can keep the room cooled to the set temperature? I always find it get's uncomfortable warm after a few hours of sleeping.

I was freezing while sleeping at BLT in May, I don't think it's tied to a motion detector at all. I don't think I've ever had that issue at any of my rooms in any Disney resort come to think of it, maybe I'm just lucky, but I know I can't sleep if I get too warm/the room gets too stuffy so I would have noticed if it stopped. I generally find the thermostats set to 68 and put them on 70, and sometimes I'll bump it back down to 68 while I'm sleeping (like in August when I've been burning up during the day) and it stays that way.

The last time we stayed at the Poly, we could get the override tricks to work. We, therefore, attempted a novel approach. We called maintenance and explained our problem. They sent a guy to our studio and he did it for us. It only lasts three days and then has to be done again. BLT should be willing to do the same. Kidani was.
