Contracts with 2019 points advertised, these points are expired, correct?

I see a couple of contracts with 2019 points and October use year. These are useless points now, correct? It doesn't say they are banked, just trying to wrap my head why these contracts are advertised this way.

Verify but possibly banked. October just started its 2020 use year which runs until next September when banked 2019 points would expire.

Most likely banked or they would be expired.
