We finally pulled the trigger after a few years of debating on a purchase. Decided to go 170pts at SSR. Sent the contract back this morning, now the waiting game begins.

Here's an idea of current "wait times". I think this timeline is pretty typical of current resales.

Our timeline:
Feb 5 - Made offer through Garden Views Realty
Feb 6 - Sent to ROFR
Feb 29 - Passed ROFR
March 10 - Received closing docs
March 12 - Returned closing docs w/ payment via UPS next day air
March 13 - UPS lost our package en-route
March 21 - Closing docs & payment finally arrive at destination.
March 22 - CLOSED
March 26 - Deed Filed with Orange Co.
? - waiting to be loaded into the Disney system.
