Contract Signed - Vacation in July??

I just submitted a re-sale contract to purchase 190 points at OKW for $76. If it goes through I will also get 179 booked points. I have three question:

1. Does anyone think Disney will exercise their right and purchase it. I looked at the ROFR Database and it seems like this is not an abnormally low purchase price.

2. If it does make it through ROFR, am I being too optimistic to think it will close by early April?

3. IF it does close sometime in April, will there be any reservations left before the kids head back to school in late August? I would prefer to stay at OKW if possible, but I'll go wherever I can get a reservation.

Good luck on your purchase. Hope it sails through ROFR. I haven't paid too much attention to what prices are passing these days, so I can't comment on your first question.

Last year we purchased a resale BWV contract about the same time. We were in the system the first week of April and able to make our first reservation for late August. We returned all of our documents the day after we received them and I believe the sellers were very timely with theirs, so I think for our contract everything went very smoothly.

As far as bookings go, we were able to nab a BWV standard view 1 BR only about 4 1/2 months in advance. Maybe we got really lucky, but it was lovely to be able to stay at our new home shortly after buying in. I don't think you will have trouble getting a room at OKW.
