hiya, we went on a dvc tour and received a sample of their contract to buy directly. Since now we're considering to buy resale, i was wondering what the resale contracts look like ? i read somewhere that someone made an adjustment to the contract ? is this the resale contract than between the purchaser and the seller ? is there anyone willing to show me their contract, because i'm a little scared from the legal side ? thanks !!!
also, do you get legal advice reviewing the contract ? if so, by which company and how much did that cost you ?
sorry for asking complex questions here, but figures if there's anyone able to give advice, it would be someone of you guys :-) :-)

I'd recommend that you ask whomever the resale broker is you plan on using for them to send you their contract....takes all the mystery out of it that way
;)

If your using TSS or one of the other larger resale companies, you will get a fairly standard contract transferring the deed/ownership. I am not sure there is a need to spend $$ having an attorney review the contract. As far as adjusting the contract, that may have something to do with whether the buyer or seller pays MF's and closing costs. The broker you work with will put the details of those kinds of agreements into the contract.

Good luck!:thumbsup2
