Contract missing from Dashboard

Surprise! Dec UY. Log on and see Dashboard updated... except my 2024 points are MISSING my 25pt direct contract. Just gone. Tried chat. Yup, she sees the same thing. Nope, she can't do anything about it. Have to call. As if it's not bad enough that my newest resale contract of course has the borrowing "glitch". What on earth?

Thanks for posting! I just ran out to check my December UY. Mine looks to be ok --- all points there.

But ugh on the resale borrowing glitch - My Feb UY resale contract has that issue too. So annoying! I hope the one I am in ROFR on will pass and will not have the issue too.
 
All you can do is call. I would call first thing in the morning as the wait should be lowest then.
 
for 2024 2 of my direct contracts are missing as well. I'm an international member and am waiting for the points i couldnt use to show up with the may 2022 extension and then I'll call and ask about the missing contracts at the same time.
 

I wonder if the "missing" contracts are a result of Disney fixing accounts one by one. This is based on my theory that several resale contracts were added to the system incorrectly - maybe as a result of inexperienced CMs doing this work remotely during the pandemic closures. The contracts may need to be deleted and then loaded correctly. Will be interested to see if those who noticed missing contracts have had the "glitch" fixed. Just a theory. No data to back it up. :)
 
Well, I called and the "lost" contract reappeared. It's a direct contract, not my resale "glitch" one, but I was also in the middle of contacting about the "glitch" one... including multiple emails, chat, and finally a call from someone at least a little higher up. "We know there's an issue, no estimated time to fix it, blah blah blah". I expressed that I don't really care who at Disney froze Annual Passes, put in the 50% borrowing rule, the resale borrowing "glitch", and now my missing contract - I don't care that it's multiple divisions, out of your hands, etc. It's all MY points, MY vacation, MY money. You all need to sort yourselves out and fix it. It's insulting to the entire DVC community that you keep blaming this decision on this division, this issue on that one, etc. It's all affecting us and we don't care who's fault it is, we just want it all fixed. The fact that you have zero solutions for me and zero information as to when or how any of this will be fixed is very disheartening.

All we can do is keep making noise until they step up.
