Well, I called and the "lost" contract reappeared. It's a direct contract, not my resale "glitch" one, but I was also in the middle of contacting about the "glitch" one... including multiple emails, chat, and finally a call from someone at least a little higher up. "We know there's an issue, no estimated time to fix it, blah blah blah". I expressed that I don't really care who at Disney froze Annual Passes, put in the 50% borrowing rule, the resale borrowing "glitch", and now my missing contract - I don't care that it's multiple divisions, out of your hands, etc. It's all MY points, MY vacation, MY money. You all need to sort yourselves out and fix it. It's insulting to the entire
DVC community that you keep blaming this decision on this division, this issue on that one, etc. It's all affecting us and we don't care who's fault it is, we just want it all fixed. The fact that you have zero solutions for me and zero information as to when or how any of this will be fixed is very disheartening.
All we can do is keep making noise until they step up.
