Continental or Delta?

Hi and Merry Christmas!!

My flights for next sep-oct are coming up the same with Delta and Continental from Manchester. £430 for man - nyc, nyc - mco, and miami - man.
Gona book asap, so any experiences with delta and/or continental?
Any major differences? I take it the baggage is the same, 1 x 23 kg bag? ive resigned myself to the fact i'll be paying for a second bag lol!

Off to work now, but hopefully there will be christmas cheer around to keep me going!!

I haven't used Delta for a transatlantic flight but I have for a domestic one in the US and no complaints. I have used Continental twice for transatlantic flights and would do so again I think they're pretty similar in terms of facilities/standards, but if you're collecting Virgin miles you can get miles from Continental flights
