I quit playing on my email after I won WOC tickets. DH email won wallpaper once and nothing since.

I don't really want the WoC prize but I know there are people who have never seen WoC who would love to attend that "party"/WoC viewing. Meanwhile, I bet there are people out there who have won the WoC prize and have already seen WoC 100 times!!

DH and I have been playing every day since disneylandkitkat first announced this contest. We've won the wallpaper several times, but nothing else. Unlike a couple of previous posters , I do like Tinkerbelle, but I'm still not going to use the wallpaper. I'd absolutely love to win the park hoppers since our APs won't be good for two of the four days we'll be there over Labor Day weekend.

I wasn't even referring to you, Tom. I had no idea how many times you have seen WoC - until just now, when you said it!

I was mainly thinking of people out there (who may not have ever posted on this thread or on the DIS at all) who have probably entered and have already seen WoC multiple times, have APs, the whole nine yards, and yet they will end up winning the WOC tickets just because of the sheer irony of it - just like the people who have won Ralphs gift cards who have no Ralphs anywhere near them! It's ironic! Meanwhile, there are probably people out there who, I imagine, are dying to see WoC (not yours truly) and will not win the tickets.

Ah well, luck of the draw and all that!

I don't know if I misunderstood, but your husband entered/won the Hoppers using your same e-mail address (the one you used when you won the WoC party pack)? If you both used the same e-mail address for your entries/wins, they (Coke/Ralphs/Disney whomever) may catch on and disqualify you because that's not allowed. Two people are not supposed to share the same e-mail. Hopefully you guys won with two totally separate e-mails and two totally separate names.

Otherwise, if you/your husband won Park Hoppers, unless they are some crazy Park Hoppers only made for contest wins and have some limited dates, then they should work like regular Park Hoppers and you should be able to go in on any day, no matter when it is. If you won the SoCal AP, that would be a different story, because that has blocked days (unless it is upgraded to a higher level AP).

The "Summer Passes" which are now floating around through August for California residents are limited in that you can only enter one park per day and not hop. But if they are regular Park Hoppers, you should be able to use them on any day.

Anyway, congrats! I told you - it may just be your time to be lucky!

This contest is stupid! It's awarding Ralphs gift cards to people who don't even have Ralphs near them. Meanwhile, I have a Ralphs right down the street and I can't win a stupid $50 gift card!

Then, it awards prizes to people who have already won - or rather, husbands and wives are each winning so there are multiple prizes within one family. I mean, I'm happy for the people/families who have won more than one prize - that's awesome, and I would be happy too - but there are those of us who have won nothing of any substance at all (I won't count the wallpaper) and others are winning more than once!

I don't really want the WoC prize but I know there are people who have never seen WoC who would love to attend that "party"/WoC viewing. Meanwhile, I bet there are people out there who have won the WoC prize and have already seen WoC 100 times!!

So frustrating. As I said yesterday, it's just not my time for luck, I guess.

Oh, and by the way, yesterday the stupid color palette was telling me that my color was "red." Meanwhile the picture of the bottle that was showing was clearly NOT red. It was Yellow! And then the bottle that popped up when I clicked stop was Orange. So they didn't even have their photo corresponding with the right color bottle when I entered yesterday, so I knew there was no way I would win - because Red did not match the Yellow bottle photo. There was obviously some kind of technical glitch.

There will be 6,000 people attending the private party. The Verizon site stated that California Screamin, Toy Story Mania, King Tritions Carousel, Mickey's Fun Wheel, Silly Symphony Swings and the Midway games would all be open. The rest of the info is the same - DJ, Characters, food, drinks, etc.

I was really hoping to win the party tickets, I won park hoppers instead. Anyone want to trade? Don't know if it's possible or allowed, but I would if I could!

The rest of the info is the same - DJ, Characters, food, drinks, etc.

Unless TSMM is open specifically for the party only (which may happen, you never know) it will not be open. It is closed from 8/30/10 to 10/10/10 for some kind of refurb. It's likely that Verizon and Coke/Ralphs didn't know that TSMM was going down for over a month when they started their contests.

I'm sorry you didn't win the prize you wanted or needed - meanwhile I'm sure there are tons of people who would love to have those Park Hoppers and give you their WoC passes but I'm fairly positive you can't transfer your prizes. It's too bad. Maybe you can find someone on here that you can go together with - in other words, you can all go together and use their WoC tickets and your Hoppers in one trip.

This is one thing that always bugs me about special PIN codes for hotel discounts, too. The PIN offers (if you receive one) are only for the recipient and cannot be transferred. So when I have received PINs in the past and couldn't use them, I would have loved to hand them off to someone else who could use them, but wasn't allowed. So therefore, perfectly good PIN codes with discounts that people would have really wanted went to waste. I hate it when really good deals or prizes end up going to waste!

Not complaining at all that we won park hoppers! I have never won anything and in the past week I won these hoppers and then 4 Lego Land/Aquarium hoppers at work! My husband says I should play the lottery but I think my luck is limited to amusement parks!

My DM in Ca won the tickets and I'll be going with her, but the tickets sound like just a hard ticket sent to her in the mail, they emailed that she didn't have to do anything, they would be mailed out to her. I doubt that there is a name on them. I know she may not want to go,(she has health problems) If So I will just use them myself, and take another family member, if tickets come, and they are generic.

I'll be interested to see the tickets when my mom gets them. If she can't go, I'll be upset if I can't use them. I'm taking the time off work to stay with DM that week anyways.
In the past she had Ca resident tickets that I used when visiting, and I used them without her being there, and they never looked twice.
