In a continuing trend of out-sourcing management of certain functions, Disney has hired the operators of Madame Tussaud's to revamp certain Epcot attractions. Borrowing from their famous "horror chamber," the first scene of the Mexico Pavilion boat ride now depicts Donald being hanged. Other scenes include Mickey being guillotined, Minnie in an Iron Maiden, and Goofy being drawn and quartered. The attraction has been met with mixed reviews.
