Contemporary to Airport

Ok, I feel like I'm all thumbs on this board. I don't have much experience with the hotel and transportation systems, since we are fairly local. But in May, my son and daughter-in-law will be attending a training seminar and staying in the Contemporary. My son will be staying longer, and my daughter-in-law needs to get to the airport to fly out.

Does the Contemporary have a shuttle to the OIA? Or can she arrange one-way transportation through DME (we're getting them TO the hotel)? Or will she have to make individual arrangements, such as a cab, to get there? We could drive down and take her, but she flies out pretty early.

Also, how long should she allow just getting to OIA?

She should be able to use ME one way, but check before she leaves just to be sure. Otherwise your choices are Mears or a cab. But it's about 45 minutes, I think, to the airport, if I'm remembering correctly.

As long as she is staying at the CR, she can use ME one way. Simply make hte reservations ahead of time with Disney.

She absolutely can use DME one-way, in either direction -- no question about it.

And by the way, Mears no longer has shuttles between the airport and Disney resorts.
