We're planning our very first trip to DW.
Here's our plan.....3 days at MK, 2 days at Epcot, 1 day at Hollywood Studios. We're a family of 5. We're used to staying off-site at Disneyland, so we're not used to having to use transit to get around from park to park or to dinner. And we since we're traveling with 3 kids under 10, we really want getting around to be as stress-free as popular.
For our dates, Contemporary is only running about $1000 more than Art of Animation.
We'll have family staying at Fort Wilderness and taking the boat from the Marina to meet us on 3 of the days. They will also be bringing us some groceries so we can do breakfast in our room, so we'd like to have an in-room fridge.
For the most part we're planning on eating at the whichever park we are at for the day. Only guaranteed exceptions are Chef Mickey's (on our day of arrival when we aren't going into any parks) and Ohana's. Of course, that may change and we start to find more restaurants we want to try.
We've looked at all the resorts over and over and over again for months and we are 99% Contemporary is the way to go. So for you seasoned DW travelers would you agree?
