Hi
Can someone explain the difference between t room “levels” at the contemporary?
It’s a little confusing. Is there a deluxe room versus a regular room?
What is the atrium level?
Someone said that if we get a theme park view room in the main tower that we get club level access? Can someone explain that and what it entails?
Thanks in advance.

The Contemporary Resort has a main building, the tower that you see in pictures. It has 14 floors. There is also another building next to it, the Garden Wing. It has 3 floors of guest rooms.

In the main building, the Tower..the lobby & Steakhouse 71 are on the first floor. Convention & meeting rooms on 2, Chef Mickey’s restaurant, shops & the quick service are on 3, the monorail on 4. Floors 5-11 are regular guest rooms. The 12th floor are the Atrium Club Level rooms. There is no 13th floor. The 14th floor are the Tower Club rooms & suites. The 15th floor is the California Grill restaurant. The guest rooms in the tower have theme park & resort view rooms. Regular rooms on floors 5-11 do not have club level access, no matter what view they have.

The garden wing has regular guest rooms, larger deluxe rooms & 1 bedroom hospitality suites. The hospitality suites have access to the club lounge on the 12 floor Atrium Club. Those are the only rooms outside of those on the 12th & 14th floors that have club level access.

Club level guests have access to Signature services to help with dining or recreational reservations before arrival. There is a lounge with food & drinks available at certain times of the day, along with dedicated Cast Members to assist during your stay.

You would have to book a Theme Park View, Club Level room in order to get club level access. Rooms categorized just "Theme Park View" do not have club level access.

I guess I’m just wondering about the atrium level or that type of thing and what’s so special about it? There are hundreds of pages to go through in the other thread to find out that one question.

The Atrium level is the 12th floor. The rooms are the same as the lower levels in the main building, but there is a club lounge with good service throughout the day as well as drinks, etc. and specialized cat members available to help you or answer questions. It’s known as club level or conceirge level.

Page 1, post #10 focus on CR CL. (Atrium and Tower clubs)

Like I said…

This is pretty much the same thing that every club level offers. The rooms on club level floors at every resort are the same as any other room, except for suites & a few special rooms. At CR, the suites are on 14 & the special rooms with CL access are in the garden wing. The CR booking page on the WDW website has photos & descriptions of those rooms. And describes CL benefits.
