Contemporary Resort North Garden Wing

I am aware that the military has a lease on the North Garden Wing.Can anyone tell me whether or not only military personel are assigned rooms there. Are all other guest staying in a wing room assigned to the South Wing?

We stayed in the North Wing last Sept. and we are in no way connected to the military. Hope that helps.
