Contemporary Resort fully booked for our date!?

I am looking to move our ressie from All Star Movies to the Contemporary for October 8th. The CM I just spoke to said all the rooms at the Comtemporary are booked for that day. She also said all the MK resorts are completely booked except one room at the WL. Is this possible? At first she thought I was looking for the discount rates, but at this point I am just looking for the cheapest room available.

Should I call back and speak to another CM, or do you think this is accurate information.

If could be true. However, people do cancel. So I'd keep trying.

Check expedia and hotels.com for rooms.

If you find them, call Disney back and mention that you saw rooms available on those sites....

Or go to the Disney website and book on line, I did this for one night I couldn't get. (No discount code for the one night) Anyway I checked on line and booked with the discount BAS for the one night. It was easy just click on the Special Offers and go to the 'Tis the Season for Great Rates, put your date in and see if it's available.

I have a room at the Poly for the 8th. They probably are all booked up because the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP) is that evening. I managed to book my room last week. Check back for the next few days, a lot of the courtesy holds for rooms will be expiring.

The Southwest website had availability for your date at GF, Poly, and for $139 at Wilderness Lodge.

I am trying to get a CR tower room for Oct 15 - 17 and they are booked. Bummer.
