Has anyone stayed at the Contemporary Tower recently?

We are due there the first week in October, and I've read they are blocking off floors for the refurbishment. Wanted to know if there were any issues (noise, mess, etc...) to be prepared for.

We stayed on the 12th 2 weeks ago and they were working on the 10th floor.
No noise at all. You'll see the new colors in the elevators. It'll be sharp when completed.

We were there in July - no noise whatsoever - and it is very subtle - just a "curtain" over the entire floor, really you would never know it is going on.

Are they still working on the garden wings or have they not begun that yet??

We were at the Contemporary 7/16-7/21 on the 11th floor. Work was being done on the 10th floor. A note in the room said work was only being done between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We heard nothing in the morning as we were always out before 8:30 AM. When we came in before 5:00 PM we heard some noise but nothing really bothersome and I could even take a quick nap (I can sleep through anything though).

We just got back from 7 nights at the CR. We were in a South Garden Wing room. They have closed off the wing that tees off from the wing lobby for renovation, ceilings are out, carpet removed, etc. We didn't hear any noise at all while we were there. We would leave about 8AM and return anywhere from noon to 3PM. Never any bothersome noise.
