I have seen places say the Contemporary has a playground and others places say it doesn't. My little princess is a playground fanatic, so which is it?

There use to be a playground however they got rid of it a long time ago.

I believe the playground was removed along with the tennis courts for the construction of Bay Lake Tower. Maybe they'll put in a new one once they are done with construction?

The white sand beach begins behind the pool chairs. You can see a large patch of the beach where the man is sitting under the umbrella, behind the guy that walked into my picture.

Sorry for reposting these, We are staying at the CR week after Thanksgiving, and need it to be cheap as possible really. But love the idea of being near the pool. What would I need to do or request to try and get those rooms? My parents and sister would love it there!!!

My family and I will be staying in a garden wind, standard view room in march...does anyone have pics of the view from one of these rooms? I am just curious...we've never stayed at the CR before and I am not sure exactly which portion of the wing the standard view room are located in...

Reserve a garden wing room and ask for pool view. I don't know whether that would be considered the garden view or a water view, but it won't be the cheapest room in the garden wing. The cheapest would be the standard room and you might end up with a parking lot view. You could take the chance of being upgraded, though.

Here's a link to the Allears page with the CR rates for 2009. They don't mention the water view rooms, so maybe that's not a category anymore. The best way is to check with CRO. Good luck!

I know this is an odd request, but does anyone have a picture of the refrigerators that you get at the CR? We'll be there in July and I am planning to do a grocery delivery order and am wondering how much it can hold. i.e. can it hold a 1/2 gallon of milk, etc?
