Contemporary or Polynesian??

I'm still in the beginning stages of planning our next WDW trip, but I think I may have narrowed it down to Contemp or Poly.

I have narrowed it down to those 2 resorts because I want to have the easiest access to MK.

I really would prefer the Poly because I love the whole Polynesian feel to it. But I would take the Contemp because it's cheaper.

Also, how much beach time do you think we could do (if any) at those resorts if we are going in late Fall?

The Poly will definitely be a little more but I would choose a Poly GV over a CR wing room any day of the week. Both have large rooms but the Poly grounds and atmosphere are just much nicer. With regard to beach time - we were there in November a few years back and went to the water parks and pools. May be hit and miss but most likely it will be warm enough in the fall to swim on most days.
