Contemporary - mousekeeping?

Heading back in a less than two weeks....but a little concerned, last years trip our housekeeping services were less than great. Even when we first checked into our room, the carpet didn't looked vacuumed and even found stuff from other guest at the edge of the bed on the floor!! Through out our stay, samething, crumbs never cleaned up, never looked vacuumed, I was a little more than disappointed. We love the contemporary and the year before we were there our room was VERY clean....I'm hoping we just had one bad experience.

Did you ever talk to someone about this? I would hate to have that happen to us. I know they are on a time schedule to clean the rooms, but that should be a given, that the rooms are properly vacuumed.

The first day we actually checked in....long story but our bag got taken by someone on the bus from the airport...I was busy tracking it down....when we finally made it to the room after travelling since 530am when I looked at the carpet, my husband said, don't worry about it, it's been a long day.

But the next day is when I notice all the stuff on the floor of the bed...I went down to the front desk (hair still wet) and complained....but the service still didn't seem to get any better as the week went on.

I would just call it a bad experience and if it helps each time my family and I have stayed at the Contemporary we have never had any bad experiences with their housekeeping or our room still looking dirty after it got cleaned.
