Hi all! Just looking at the different room options, had a few questions and I thought this would be the perfect place to ask them. :)
Can anyone tell me:

-How long does it take to walk to the Contempo Café from the farthest garden wing room? To magic kingdom?

-What are the standard view rooms like? If you're on the ground floor are there cars parked really close to the patio (i.e., are you staring at bumpers)?

Any other info that you think would be helpful would be greatly appreciated. I think the rooms look awesome and I like the idea of being closer to the pool, but don't want to feel too far away from everything else.

When you get the chance you should check out this entire thread, as it is awesome! For now, if you scroll down on page 76, you'll see a map and that the walk from the farthest GW room is 4-6 minutes to the tower. So maybe add on a few minutes for getting up to the Contempo.

I don't know about the standard view rooms, but we are checking in 5 days at the CR in a GW garden view room. I hope to start a post while there as to answer any questions, or just provide some pretty pictures. :goodvibes

Thanks for the info and I will definitely be reading that thread. Should keep me busy for awhile.

Have a great time on your vacation! :goodvibes

It is a great way to learn about the CR, and daydream about a stay! :)

Thanks!
