Contemporary?? Connecting rooms in Tower... and rehab ??

Are there any connecting (with a door) rooms availible at the CR?? And what are the odds we could get one?

And what is currently being rehabbed at CR.. I read the Concierge lounge has moved??

We had a connecting room in the North Garden Wing at the CR. They are currently rehabbing the South Wing and the tower one floor at a time. I read they were moving concierage or at least expanding it. It sounded like the 10th floor was going to be concierage.

Did you request connecting rooms?? We have three small kids (6,4,2) I wonder if that would increase our odds....

I think we did. My mom handled the resevations and I think she requested them up front and then again when we were checking in. We arrived for check in EARLY - like about 8 AM>

We have had connecting rooms x2 in the tower on request and adjoining rooms on another occasion (next door, but no door between rooms). That time I had not specifically requested connecting rooms, we were travelling with another family so the reservations were linked...but we did not need to have access like you would if it was adults in 1 room and children in the other.... I feel certain they would accomodate your request if it was 2 rooms for a single family group.
