Contemporary Concierge 12th floor vs 14th floor

Hi all just looking for some info as I am considering the Contemporary Concierge for our next trip.

Any one every get an annual pass rate for concierge rooms? What rate?

Any difference between 12th and 14th floor? Can you request 14th floor?

What extra benefits do you get with a concierge room?
