Contemporary/BLT to Epcot for AM EMH

How can I get from Contemporary/BLT to Epcot in time for RD at an 8am EMH day? I think that the Epcot monorail won't start running that early. Will there be a direct bus to Epcot? TIA

Buses are always an option from the monorail resorts, even when it's running. It may stop at one or more of the other area resorts, but you will have no problem getting to Epcot for EMH if you leave around 7:00ish.

Really? I always thought that there is not a bus from the monorail resorts to Epcot, because there is the monorail instead.
