Anyone rent through them before? Just wondering your experience. I'm renting a condo at Floriday's through them for a really great price but now they are kinda laxing off and it's making me nervous.....I leave in 22 days!

Never heard of this particular company or resort...but...

Laxing off? How so? Are they not answering your emails or phone calls?

Have you received directions / checkin instructions / etc?

I can tell you everyone is just swamped with inquiries and business right now, our MC said it's the busiest January he's ever seen. No excuse for leaving a guest hanging though!!

Ya pretty much no communication once I sent in all my registration docs and made the final payment. I was told as soon as I sent the registration stuff in I'd get directions and further instructions including the key code for the condo. Nothing. This was 3 weeks ago and I have since sent 3 emails and phoned twice. Finally this afternoon she emailed me the key code but that's it. Just a 5 digit number. Shouldn't I receive some instructions like how to get there, what my condo number is, how exactly to procede?

We've rented from an owner that uses them as the Mgmt. Co, but our stay is in March, so we haven't had any dealings with them yet. I have looked up where we're staying on the website http://www.contempogroup.com/rentals.asp which I assume is where you booked from. For the property we're staying at, the house number is part of the ID number on the website (hope that makes sense). But, yes, if you don't have the exact address already, you definitely need that.
