Contempo Cafe vs Sunshine Seasons

On our last day in Epcot, I had planned our lunch to be at Sunshine Seasons. However, I have heard good things about Contempo Cafe as well. We were going to head back to the Poly after lunch, so stopping by at the Contemporary won't be too out of the way. I did notice that they have a few new menu items now and no lobster roll, which I had wanted to try. If we decide to stick with Epcot, we can also visit the Flower and Garden outdoor kitchens as well. What to do?
