No. According to the WDW travel guide. Take monorail to TTC, transfer to EC monorail. Bus option, although a roundabout way would be to walk to MK and bus to BC or BW and enter via IG at EC.

I agree with the previous poster. If you want to go to Future World in Epcot the monorail to the TTC and then transfer to the Epcot monorail is the best way.
If you want to go to World Showcase and have time to spare you can, as suggested, walk to the MK (seven minutes) and take the bus to the Beach Club. The BC is right next door to the Epcot International Gateway. When you exit the bus at the BC walk through the lobby and out the other side. Turn left and you will be in Epcot in five minutes. This entrance will leave you in the area of the United Kingdom.
