Contacting the Hotel Cheyenne

does anyone have the e-mail address for cheyenne? when we went to davy crockets ranch we e-mailed to request a certain trail and got it and i want to do the same for the cheyenne when we go in feb (i know, it's not for ages but i like the planning!)

Email addresses for hotels are not publically available.

However calling (see Very Useful Info sticky) has always been the method I have used to put in any request

The actual hotel won't have your booking until Feb next year, so I'd wait until then to contact the Cheyenne .

DLP daft - yup, i know not to contact them until about a week or two beforehand, i'm just getting my planning spreadsheet together! (my dh reccons i enjoy the planning amost as much as the actual holiday!)
