Contacting Disney to review fastpass system

I received a email from Disney today asking me to review my trip but all it did was take me to a page to review each individual ride, resort, and restaurant individually. I want to let them know how I felt about Fastpass+ but there is no option for that. How to I express my disappointment with that? Do I just have to call them?
