Contacting a crew member onboard

Hopefully someone out there knows the answer to this question. On our last cruise on the Magic Dec. 12-19 my 13 year old son really bonded with our server Rafael from the Philippines. Rafael has a daughter my son's age. He is wanting to send Rafael a thank you note for making his cruise extremely memorable. Does anyone know how to get a letter to a current crew member? Does DCL allow this? Being able to send Rafael a letter would make my son extremely happy even if he never gets a letter back in return.
