Contact info for Disney dining for allergies?

There is so much information here, I know I must be overlooking this. I need to discuss allergies and food intolerances before we get there. Isn't there an email or phone number for this?

I asked that it be added to the reservation but was told to speak to the chef when we arrive. Sometimes this can be difficult to do with dd.

You can email them on WDW.Special.Diets@disney.com and they can send you some general allergy info sheets on the foods they have but we have just come back (today!) and we found them little to no use because they have changed everything and haven't updated the sheets.

At different locations the staff seemed confused about what allergy free foods they do stock and what they no longer have. Asking about the same item I got different answers at different locations so mostly just had to go without.

Depending on when you go, it might be best to wait a little while for them to update their sheets and ask for the new sheets with the new foods they have. I think it must just be a difficult time for them because they are changing what brands they have and the once things settle they might be better again.
