Contact DFTW

Hi,

I posted a similar thread a few months ago but cannot find it!

I have been trying to contact someone/anyone at DFTW for weeks now but have had no response from anybody. I am trying to book an appointment for when I am there on holiday in October.

A couple of people were kind enough to pass on email addresses for me to try but I have still had no luck!

I am from the UK so am trying to avoid making an international phone call.......any ideas?!

Sorry you need to call, but they will just take basic details and then someone will ring you back so it shouldn't cost you too much.

I'm afraid initial contact does need to be made by phone. It needn't cost you a fortune in international phone calls though, there are various services that allow you to call a UK number first to access cheaper calls.

One of the cheapest at the moment is DiscountDial who charge 0.5 pence per min from a BT landline. Dial 0844 2009090, once connected follow the instructions and enter the number for DFTW (you still need to enter the international dialling code). Just make sure you use a landline as it will be a lot more expensive from a mobile!
