Construction Question Hawaii DVC

We are planning a trip to the new DVC in O'ahu in October 2011. I've read that the resort will be open around the end of August 2011 as phase 1 will be complete by then. Does anyone know what exactly phase 1 includes. I'm afraid we will get there and there will still be construction going on.

Regarding DVC properties, you will want to post on the DVC boards; this board is for more of the regular resorts, or people who normally stay in regular resorts inquiring about info on DVC renting.
