Construction or refurbishment?

Is there any current or planned refurbishment happening at the premier resorts at Universal Studios Orlando? We’re going the first week of January.

Yes I know they are working on Portofino Bay

Just got back from PBH and the construction at this point is on the East Wing facing the road. We were in the Villa Wing and never heard any noise or even saw any construction until we were leaving.
