Construction on CoCo Cay

Could anyone give me an idea of the impact of current construction work on CoCo Cay? We are considering a trip for April while I am aware the water park will not be done at that point, I wondered if the construction would create noise or disruptions that would impact the relaxing atmosphere at that point. Thanks!
