Construction near Caribbean Beach?

Hi! We are back from a wonderful 4 night stay at CBR! I was wondering if anyone knew what the construction is near the resort? To be more specific, if I crossed the bridge from Aruba heading toward Old Port Royale, I could see it off in the distance, beyond what would be one of the Trinidad sections. It kinda looked like a new building was being constructed, and there was a crane.
Anyone know? Just curious!!!!

It was work on a new hotel in the Bonnet Creek resort.
