Construction behind Dragon Challenge...

I was on Dragon Challenge (blue) yesterday and noticed construction going on behind it...sadly we dove into the first corkscrew and I lost sight of it. My boyfriend and I then went to the construction wall and he snapped this pic with his phone:

Could this be the rumored Hogwarts Express? I hope so!! I think it could happen!!

That's the going theory. I forget where I saw it, but awhile back someone posted something with details on the building permit for this site. Technically all the permit mentioned was the work being done for water drainage purposes on the site, but the location along with general details regarding drainage areas were such that it looked like the hogwarts COULD be coming into thru this area.
