Constant time-out on the Disney site.....

I've been trying to configure packages for two nights on the official Disney hotel site - it seems I only ge one try then I constantly get a timeout error.
Does anybody else get this?

I always have problems with it timing me out. Are you trying to book or just look at prices?
You know its easier to book by phone dont you- you only pay a deposit and not the full amount

I get that same problem, it ios so annoying, I have to clear my internet history and close all windows then go back on.

Same here, it drove me absolutely insane - even when I closed browser down and went back in it still timed me out! Definitely agree with previous reply about booking over the phone and only paying a deposit - that way, if anything goes wrong, you only lose a small fraction of your money.

I did have the chance to actually look at packages and get prices, but could not book as it timed me out too. I called the direct line and the price was less than it showed on the web!

The deposit for calling to book doesn't actually come out until 30 days before your stay, if you are booking that far in advance.

My deposit came out a few days after I had booked it (about a month ago now?!) and we're going in December. I have already set a reminder for myself to pay the balance in October - I have such crappy memory! lol.
