Considering tackling Pandora via 2 EMH mornings

We will be at WDW June 2 - 8. There are 2 EMH for AK while we are there. Not ideal to be going right when a new attraction/land will be opening, but we were booked prior to the announcement. That being said, my family is insisting on trying to ride both Pandora rides. (I would personally skip until the next trip in about 2 years). Assuming the Pandora rides will not be available for FP until 30 days from opening, I'm trying to strategize the best way to try to ride both rides while anticipating not being able to get a FP even once they're available.

Here's my thought: Use the 2 EMH mornings available to us, arriving at 7:15 for security, etc and planning on spending 2 hours in Pandora with the hopes of riding one ride each day and getting to tour the land. We'll use the 3 FP for the other big attractions, and even planning on a tiered system, we should be able to get everything in...I think.

Thoughts?

We will be there 6/1-6/8. I'm sure it's possible to do both rides in 2 days. I even think it's possible to snag FP+. I know it will be crowded but still doable. We're gonna give it a shot with our group of 20!

Pandora sounds like a place your going to want to see in both daylight and night. the rides look like they are indoor so maybe get the rides out of the way so in the dark you just need to see the place and how it changes in the dark.

Love the optimism, someone's going to get the FPs and it might as well be you. But while leaving AK yesterday afternoon, we commented, if it's like this now, what's it going to be like during peak times after Pandora opens. I'm looking forward to it.

I like your idea of going 2 times for EMH and using FP's for other attractions in the park!

Now that Disney has released that the Flight of Passage will have a 44" Height Requirement,
some families will have to figure that into their plans.

It's going to take some creative planning to get both attractions in without a notable queue somewhere along the line.

We are there at the end of June. I want to see Pandora and will see some of it. However, I am not going to fight crowds for it.

True, but EMH isn't an option for everyone so that's an advantage. Same with FP+. They could be released anytime and if that happens to be prior to the 30 day mark, that's another advantage. We can do this!! :)

Curious to see how the first batch of fast passes play out when they start releasing them for May 27th. I'm still thinking they'll introduce tiering to AK so that you won't be able to FP both new rides...
