Considering POR

We are a family of 3 adults and 1 teen. Usually stay at deluxe but can't this time due to cost of deluxe resorts getting way over priced. Considering POR. Our teen liked sleeping on the sleeper sofas in the deluxe resorts. Does POR have a room category with a sleeper sofa?

We have stayed there twice and it's a great resort! With how you described your group, I think you would like the less kid like feels of it. I don't believe they have any sofa beds. But on one of our trips there was myself, husband, my dad and DD who was about 9 at the time. My dad slept in one bed, myself and DH in the other and we requested a rollaway bed for DD. She loved it! It was about the size of a twin and fit perfectly between the door and first bed. It could fold in half when needed. That might work well for your group.

What are the rooms with 2 Queen Beds and 1 Bunk-Size Pull Down Bed?

The alligator bayou rooms have two queens and a pull down Murphy bed. You can google a picture easily enough.

The Murphy bed isn't a full size bed, so depending on how tall your teen is, he/she may not fit well. Plus with 4, in AB rooms because Murphy bed pulls down from console which is sort of part of dresser, your storage space is limited.
You may do better in a room on mansion side. With 2 queens. And packing an air mattress if teen needs own bed.

The biggest difference you are going to notice immediately is size of the room. If a large room is not important to your group them you'll be OK.

The 2nd think you'll notice is that the POR is quite spread out - quite a bit more than resorts like Poly, CR, or BWI.

The POR is a fabulous resort. I love the theme and decor. POR is nice because it has the food court and TS.

I would get a roll away because I think that would make sleeping more comfortable but it will take up the already limited space.
