We haven't been there in a long time. They are having their children's ticket for $5.00 each so I am considering. This would still cost us 250.00 - is it worth it?

I love SeaWorld; you can spend all day there watching shows or going on rides. The cost is similar to any other park so why not try something different. Plus I find it to be a little bit less hectic than MK. We have also planned a side trip to the park.
Totally worth it! We went when DS was just shy of 5 and it was one of our favorite park days! We can't wait to go again when we (hopefully) go down for US/IOA next June. It will be a must on every future visit. In fact, I'd love to get to the other 2 Sea World parks in Texas and CA sometime.

Just as a heads up, Sea World San Diego is not that much different and the park is smaller. No roller coasters, they have Atlantis, a raft ride(different) and the Antartica simulation. Shows are similar just themed different but trick wise not much different. Its still fun, but don't make a trip there just for that. Combine it with the zoo and DLR and So Cal in general.
