So very true. Too many have forgotten what we stand for and why. We allow the left to twist it and tell people we don't care but I think it is more caring to allow people to become the best they can become. To raise the expectation not lower it and to celebrate true personal achievement.

Shouldn't Obama be part of this suit to since he is a Government employee taking an oath so that he can perform his public office? Sounds a little hypocritical to sue everybody else but leave him out.

I think the new guy is just a kid trying to get us going.

Maybe we should explain that this and the Liberal thread are sort of "sacred space". If we want to debate something we move the discussion out onto the Community board. In the individual threads we try to either not post or keep in friendly and positive.

Well then you're in the wrong thread, I must say. Yes, this and the Lib thread are pretty much "sacred" ground. We don't mind Lib visitors so long as they don't debate. Same on their thread.

we conservatives see things differently. you are aware of the basic principles of socialism, and you know that we love our conservative politicians. so far we don't feel that love for the current congress or the upcoming president.

and we love ronald reagan.
