I have decided that although I have lost a bit of weight I need to keep moving. I am at the half way point of my goal. I want to lose around 35-45 more pounds. I have been slagging off. Saying I am going to go back on induction and then eating something with rice in it.
Today is the day I said I was going to start. I have 4 weeks of being able to dedicate myself to exercise, my family, and housework before I have to go back to teaching in mid-August. Once I start teaching it will be easier because I am on a strict schedule. That is what started the weight loss in the first place. I work with a really supportive group of people. I will also be exercising with some of the other teachers at school 1 day a week.
I have decided to try to workout in the morning as well so that way nothing will stand in the way of my getting it done.
So far I have been able to stay on task with my eating. I will have to post my everyday menu so I can see what I am putting into my mouth. I will also start recording my exercise again, which is something I did not do last month because I was at Disney eating everything in sight for two weeks
I feel so much better about myself, and I can tell my body is geting toned. I just want to be able to complete a task I have started - this one being reaching my weight loss goal.
I have waited so long to post a journal - partially because I was fearful to commit to typing on here everyday, but mostly because I was fearful of failing at my task of reaching my goal.
Right now I know I have no choice so I am going to do it.
