Connections Question

When I purchase something off the web I normally get a confirmation e-mail. I purchased some passes from Connections & did not receive a confirmation. Should I be worried? This is the first time I have purchased from them.

Right after I ordered, I got a Thank you..and I was told to print it out, which I did. It has my order and todal, and the last 4 digits of my credit card.

When I ordered my passes I didn't get a confirmation e mail either, only the thank-you page. I got my passes 3 days later via ups 2nd day air.
