Connections Phone Number & Vacation Kingdom Dinner Vouchers

Typical of them. If it wasn't for their poor service many people would deal with them. They are just horrible and so frustrating. If you call four times you will be given four different answers with them all swearing they know what they are talking about.
I asked above and I will ask again, Do they have a web site to order Disney stuff on? If I could just go to their site and never deal with them I would be very happy.

Yes you can order disney stuff from the web site. Yesterday I sighned up then clicked on start shopping now or somthing like that. Then I ordered 2 adult 5 day park hoppers, 2 children 5 day park hoppers and 8 quick and casual lunch or dinner certificates. Total cost 941.20. I didn't see anything else I was interested in so if the membership material don't intrest me I'll cancel in a couple weeks.

Thanks Stacy,
From these posts :
It looks like the way to go is 1) calling Lillian Vernon getting a member number and then 2) just use the website, never actually making any contact with the Connections people.

Is this right ??
Marylyn

I have never done business with Connections except via its website, and have had nothing but good experiences with the company. Icy-Dog, I think the website is the way to go:D

Okay I'll call Lillian Vernon today and get started. I like that you can pay for Connections on a monthly basis with this company and not have a big yearly subscribtion bill on your credit card
Marylyn

Their web address is Connections123.com. You will need your membership number to access the site.

I am going to give Lilian Vernon a call and get
signed up. This also sounds like the best way with
a monthly fee. Thanks

I just called Lillian Vernon and talked to a very
helpful operator. I did join Connections and she
said that I will get my info and member # in 7-10
days. She said that as a "thank you" for joining
they will be sending me a check for $20.00 that I
can get cashed anywhere. WOW, anyone else get a
check? I will post an update after I get my info.
Diane

I think you missed part of what she was saying. Yes, they will send you a $20 check but it is a rebate from placing a Lillian Vernon order. Once you place an order with Lillian Vernon, you send your invoice in and you will get a $20 check.

Thanks Sawyermaw
I did forget to mention the Lillian Vernon order.
I will check out their website after I get my
info and see if I need anything. I am not very
aware of what they do sell.

Boy, the whole thread has taken new life. Thanks to whomever resurected it!

are you saving any money going thru connections or are people buying these just to have meals pre paid. Do they expire?
Wouldn't it be just as effective to buy disney dollars and use them for meals only? Inquiring minds want to know!

We used them for our May trip and saved lots of money. For lunch we had so much food we split the lunch between two people. I would definitely buy them again. At Beaches and Cream I had a $10.95 steak sandwich, onion rings, soda and the Kitchen Sink ($21.95) for my $11.25 voucher. You can't get the kitchen sink on the 2004 vouchers but the other deserts are $7.95. I would not buy on E-Bay - only from Connections and then only with the monthly membership from Lillian Vernon.

We just came back yesterday. I used the Vacation Kingdom vouchers @ Alfredo's Italitian Restaurant in Epcot

We got the latest lunch time when making PS with 407 WDW-DINE. When we got there, they told us it was dinner time, but I told them I had the vouchers and that they told me 4:15 was the last lunch seating.

Anyway, to make a long story short, they let us use the vouchers for the dinner menu.

Well, we both got the Filet Mignon ($28.95/per). The vouchers only cost us $30 each!

The whole bill would have been $113. We paid a little over $60. We also left the waiter $10 for such a great job!

I'm guessing here but you got a lot more than steaks.. What all did you get? I can live vicariously can't I?

We started with diet cokes (we were hot!). We ordered the Calamari Appetizer ($approx $9.00) and the Tomatoes with Mozzarella (approx $7.00). We got a bottle of water. ($$?)

We then had the Filet Mignon, which was delicious and a nice size portion, which we could not finish. The plate came with roasted potatoes, polenta (yummy) and sauteed spinach.

Stuffed, we still found room for the dessert. Hubby had this cream filled chocolate covered desert. ($$?) and I had the sampler plate which came with : chocolate moose, strawberry, cheescake, vanilla/mocha souffle, canoli and the cream filled one that my husband had.

The whole meal was wonderful! The staff was very attentive, and it was a great time during the day to go. We had a window seat and watch the mascerade players outside the window.

It was our 10 year wedding anniversary, and I am sure if I had told them, they would have done something for us, but I forgot!

All in all, a wonderful time. Well worth the money, and it was nice not to have to look at the prices on the menu, or the bill for that matter!

Does anyone know if you can order "appetizers for two" "salads for two" or "dessert for two" with a single vacation kingdom lunch voucher?

Also, does anyone know if milkshakes, smoothies, or floats can be ordered for the drink with a quick and casual voucher?

Sorry I know for a fact that at RFC that you can order appetizers for 2 while using one voucher. Beleive me you can still get plenty of food using 1 kingdon lunch voucher and sharing it.
